Placing an Order

The easiest method for ordering is electronically through our web-store, right here. If you prefer, however, we'll happily accept orders mailed or faxed to us. We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service -- most of our online orders are shipped the same day!

Online ordering: Follow the check-out procedure as directed. You will be asked for a billing address and ship to address. After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from ComfortQueen.com.

Mail: Mail your order request to Dharana Institute, c/o Debbie Buxton, PO Box 307, Grapeview, WA 98546.

Fax: Fax your order and billing information to 360-216-1802. Please include your email address and/or phone so we can confirm receipt.

Taxes: We currently charge 7.25% for purchases delivered to residents of California.

For all orders please include your billing name, address, phone, and email address.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Your charge will show up as a payment to the "Dharana Institute".

Please note that your goods are often shipped the same day we receive your order, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours to ship.
