If you purchase products directly from this website your name, email address, and a transaction history will be kept by us. We may use the contact information to inform you about the status of your order, updates, bug fixes.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent to our storing and using your personal information to contact you about your order and/or ship your order. Your information is provided to PayPal or Stripe for completion of the payment process. Your email address maybe stored with Aweber who stores our info for further contact with you. At any time you can request us to remove your information by sending an email to admin@sallykempton.com.
Placing an Order
The easiest method for ordering is electronically through our web store, right here. If you prefer, however, we’ll happily accept orders mailed or faxed to us. We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service — most of our online orders are shipped the same day!
Online ordering: Follow the check-out procedure as directed. You will be asked for a billing address and ship-to address. After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from www.sallykempton.com.
Mail: Mail your order request to Dharana Institute, c/o Deb Buxton, PO Box 307, Grapeview, WA 98546.
Fax: Fax your order and billing information to 360-209-0380. Please include your email address and/or phone so we can confirm receipt.
For all orders please include your billing name, address, phone, and email address.
Payment Methods
We currently accept use Stripe for our payment processing. Your charge will show up as a payment to the “Sally Kempton/Dharana Institute”.
Shipping
We ship within the United States by Media Mail (generally arriving in 3 to 7 days). For Canadian orders, we ship via airmail post (generally arriving in 3 to 7 days). If ordering from another country than US or Canada, there may be additional charges. If you would like to ship by FedEx or UPS, please contact deb@sallykempton.com to arrange payment.
Please note that your goods are often shipped the same day we receive your order, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours to ship.
Problems or Questions?
We are happy to issue replacements for damaged items or refunds. Hard products must be returned for refund. Please call Deb at 360-275-2838 or contact us for replacements, refunds, or other problems.
